The Trained Bands have achieved the motley look that I prize above all else! Wonderfully done. It is 10mm, yet each figure is an individual and tells a store... a tin smith apprentence, a cordwainer, a guild hall porter....  if I had a prize for such things I would send it immediately!

Off to visit Paul tomorrow to play a"what if" FK&P scenario based on the battle of Rowton Moor that I designed. This will be the combat debut for both my completed Covenant pistol armed cavalry regiments and some of Paul's newly completed Royalists so I hope it goes well. There is not a pike in sight, but lots of cavalry plus some supporting dragoons and commanded shot. Should be an interesting afternoon's gaming and a good way to round out 2018 wargaming wise
