...who bears a more-than-passing resemblance to Gillian Anderson...

You're right.

And a bit like Carly from The Inbetweeners...

I do wonder if the media drive to homogoneous appearance has a lot to do with that - all blonds are now Ellie Gouldings face, all dark hair are Emily-Zoeey Perry von Tease...

Continuing the sub-thread of provocative eyes, my offering is the French actress Isabelle Adjani.

Who looks a bit worried about something...  :-S
(I know, even though it's fantasy  :o  ;)  )

I am assuming that homogoneous is a new type of LGBT milk product.

The new Jane Bond, if it comes off (I don't think we've got a chance, damn it).

I would like to see either Idris Elba or Tom Hardy as Bond - a Top Totty for a different demographic than this thread normally caters for though, I suspect. :)

Not Idris Elba, please. Yes, but no, it's not because he's black (though I don't think a black man should play James Bond, for the same reason I don't think Damien Lewis should play Shaft), but because he's simply (IM not so HO)  a pretty awful actor. Tom Hardy is workmanlike, but not, I fear overburdened with presence. I'd like to see an unknown actor play Bond. Actually, the franchise should be given a rest. Yes, old Wooden Top Craig has killed off the Bond phenomenon.

I'd like Sandi Toksvig to be the next Dr Who and I'd like someone bring back the Saint. (Not Val Kilmer - that film was a steaming pile that even dung beetles turned their collective noses up at it.)

Buit for beautiful eyes, I have a little penchant ...

I thought Tom Hiddlestone was in the running for Bond, but of course, a week is a long time in cinema so it might have changed to...anyone else really.

Last I saw there were 8 or 9 blokes and a couple of women being touted as possibles. Hiddlestone was one (not my idea of Bond)

Suggestions from The Independent

I've seen Emilia Clarke and Gillian Anderson suggested for the part as Jane Bond.

"The name's Targaryen. Daenery's Targaryen. Daenerys Stormborn of the House Targaryen, The First of Her Name, the Unburnt, Queen of Meereen, Queen of the Andals and the Rhoynar and the First Men, Khalisee of the Great Grass Sea, Breaker of Chains and Mother of Dragons ... licensed to kill  :)

I think Tilda Swinton would make a great androgynous alien Doctor.  She has the acting skills and talent to pull it off too...

I'm sorry, but I just can't tell whether the people making this video were taking the P... or not?!

Hey guys want to know what's funny?

When she first put up that video about a year ago, it was right next to her 'transformation to a woman' video.

I kid you not...
