Being covered up can be much more alluring than a brash "in your face" photo.  Thats why womens skirts with a split up the side are far more sexy and interesting than a wde belt miniskirt

The only pairs allowed methinks would be of the stockings (preferably silk and seamed) variety, OR it could be heels 4" or higher. Just my two bobs worth. (mind you, it could just be my age, or nostalgia, which to be honest aint what it used to be)

but this does bring back fond memories
