Happy 2018, everyone.

So far, 2018 has not been kind. I came downstairs and surprised one of the cats. Indignant or just upset, he managed to miss the litter tray and left me a warm, steaming mess to clean up.

Decided to paint some Tumbling Dice Korean War aircraft - USAF vs North Koreans. The North Koreans are OK, but I ordered the wrong bombers, leaving me just some Thunderjets and Sabres to face the red horde. Had to order some Panthers and B29s to make up.

Whilst cutting some florists wire I managed to clip my finger, leaving a nice blood blister, then whilst moving my Saber squadron to be varnished, I dropped the lot and had several casualties.

Serves me right for not painting Pendraken!

Cheers chaps. I finished yesterday off by ironing 30 shirts ... and burnt my forearm on the iron whilst being distracted by Victoria Coren.

Ah well. Back to work today!

I own about 50 shirts.

They are white, blue or black.

I hate ironing, so only have to do so about once a quarter ... but it's a big job.

I tried ironing one shirt yesterday .... hard .... long time ..... barely passed Mrs Westie's quality check .... 30 shirts at the one time is mind boggling!

p.s. almost as slow as my painting.
