Sorry news indeed. The dark Winter days will now be a shade bleaker. To better days, fsn.

I have neither the wit nor skill for such a challenge, being a mere reactor and not an accomplished artist. I can, however, silently name several here that COULD do fair justice to the Pendrakenmas challenge.

I now feel technologically advanced, Leman. Even here in the backwoods we have trams. They are used to move logs down to the valleys.

At least they have trams. Owing to council dithering and nigardliness we missed out on trams in Liverpool.

You can have ours! I still don't understand why anyone thought Edinburgh needed a tram service that runs along much the same route as the 22 bus just less frequently and at vastly higher cost!!  

Twas the month before Christmas and all through the forum
Were the usual postings and lack of decorum.
The forumites heard and collectively shivered
fsn's Christmas ode would not be delivered!

The regular posters all raised such a a clatter,
Others arrived to see what was the matter.
Away to the keyboard I flew like a flash,
With curses and mutters a message to dash.

fsn has a mind so lively and quick,
that sends volleys of postings in time for St Nick.
More rapid than eagles his postings they came,
And he typed, and he posted, and called them by name!

"Now, Peter! now, Paulr! now, Lemmy and Leman!
On, Westie! On, Orcs! on, d_guy and Leon!
To the top of the forum! to the top of the wall!
Now dash away! Dash away! Dash away all!"

If fsn's missing, that jolly old elf,
And the posts that I laughed at, in spite of myself!
Will not be repeated for this Christmastide,
Then forumites all, your light do not hide.

Hie to your keyboards and thinking caps don,
And emulate posts from the years that are gone
fsn mimic with all of your might ...
