A neat job but not excessively so - no point, its 10mm, I use army painter after painting, make a big difference IMHO. Avoid close up magnified inspections - why on earth would you want to anyway. Always make sure the basing is top notch, ditto the terrain, if the latter two are up to snuff the overall effect will be very pleasing.
