Re. the miliput, I've just spotted the mounted duchess/princess/empress/queen in the command group.

Ah yes... the mysterious Comtesse de Rochechinard... Well spotted Sir!    I used the mounted ADC, swapped the head with one of the artillery crew officers and built up the skirt with milliput, tried to get the appearance of her riding side-saddle which doesn't come across too clearly in the pics... Her paint scheme is based on the costume of Émilie Dequenne from the Brotherhood of the Wolf...

Those ARE a bit good !!
