Painting on the German WWII kit now finished, so moving onto the flocking, which should be completed by tomorrow .

Having finished the German kit today, I managed to get two Italian WWII Infantry Guns and crew painted and wash applied this evening. Nice and simple, but good to see them almost finished after far too long!

Black leatherwork, hats, shoes, canvas gaiters, ironwork painted and inked amd woodwork done.
Research on facings done, flags ordered. Hopefully I'm over the 'block' this lot has been giving me, and I can get them mostly finished tomorrow.

Hats piping, some piping on jackets, base coat on musicians jackets and inked, mitres base coated.
Just when I thought I was starting to get somewhere, I'm off to France for three days on a work incentive reward!

Two days off.
8 GW models built, ridiculously complicated, and first time with proper plastic melting cement, which takes a lot longer than superglue, but apoears to be holding well . Oh I've been spoilled by how quick that stuff is.
28mm Culloden Beutish nearly finished.
Two Mortal Gods monsters just need their bases doing.
Assembled a lot of WW1 Hobbits too, as they need sculpted bases and I had the milliputt out.

Grazing horses finished, as well as baggage ones and baggage mules too. Lacquer and flock to follow. Really useful for a very wide range of periods, up to and including WWII .
