I stick figures to painting sticks with Copydex (aka cow gum, I believe). Good bond but peels off when done.

Superglue (with a sprinkle of bicarb of soda when required) to make permanent bonds.

Division of tanks base coated, inked and drybrushed, but now I need recognition marking and stars, thankfully we know a friendly retailer who sells them.
HMS Dorsetshire painted, various others base coated, inked and highlighted. Stripes to do on Italians.

Romans sanded and pva'd.
Quiet day.

I've mostly been using blu-tac to affix figures, less faff to remove than glue.

I was wondering what glue to use when assembling the tanks.

Interestingly I just got a couple of tanks for the first time and will have to do the same. I've used Loctite for chariots and artillery carriages before so hopefully, it'll work well enough.

O Dinas Powys

Started building the 'goodies' from the Warhammer Mortal Realms magazine!  :-[

14 Stormcaster Eternals, plus gryphound and ballista assembled! Just got to decide what colours to paint the buggers now  :-\

I was thinking about basing it on the London Broncos classic (Fulham) kit: black, white chevron with red borders.  However, since the 'baddies' are undead - hence also mostly black, I might go with copper armour to break it up a bit...  8->
(I know, even though it's fantasy  :o  ;)  )

242 Hopilites finished today, apart from basing and shield designs.

Duke Speedy of Leighton

2840 finished, with 242 Hopilites nearly done, 20 skirmishers, 3 on a general stand, 6 buildings and 8 cruisers and 2 battleships pending, then another  50 tanks waiting for WW2 allied stars.

And to think, as lockdown started I was WAY behind schedule.
