Highlights finally finished, flesh painted, inked and highlighted, horse flashes and feathers done, few bits of tarten added, just to make them 'Scottish and link them back to my Picts who are the main bulk of the army. Some shields done.

Just put 100+ on shields, drilled a hole in each one to accommodate the boss, fitted like a dream on the infantry, slight tweaks needed on the cavalry shields, but well happy.

A long spell away from anything remotely basing or painting related finished this evening as I dug out some mid 19thC forces for use with 'The Portable Wargame'. So having arranged the troops I need for one force, some polyfilla was applied to the bases ready for grit tomorrow.
