The core of the Alien force has been lacquered, ready for some flock to be added. Now onto some supporting units as takes my fancy...

Some scorpions painted this afternoon. All of these have been pretty quick to do, as the main colour is black, with a few bright colours here and there. I just wish all units were this quick and easy to paint!

Funnily enough I was thinking of the old glow in the dark paint you used to be able to get as a kid IIRC!

Should I be using eggs as the glue for bases?
I have neither the time nor the crayons to explain why you are wrong.

12 civilian figures on individual bases, base coat painted and wash applied this morning. Highlights and lacquer to follow this evening once completely dry. They will be used for Rebel & Patriots games as well as decoration during larger games such as Black Powder II etc.
