Real life stuff put pay to painting over the past few days, so instead a bit of figure prep for basing tomorrow.

Real life...
Yeah, I need another thread for that this week!
.Anyway, spears have been finished and sand/PVA onto bases. Hurrah

Fingers crossed real life issues out of the way until next week, so that I can concentrate on getting stuff finished for the forthcoming Cotswold Wargames Day. Some scenery made and finished this week plus 3 command stands base coated and wash applied, with highlights this afternoon. I know I've got a shedload of flocking to do as well as sort out some flags. Who needs sleep ;) ?

Most of the bits and pieces have arrived for me to start my allied Libyan-Sea Peoples army (though Lancashire games might do well to learn the difference between Nubians and Numidians!). Anybody got a single 15mm Philistine figure to spare?

I have neither the time nor the crayons to explain why you are wrong.

Four command bases finished for HoW today :) .

Started on two bases of elephants for my 18thC India project. Painting is easy, by deciding upon the colours for each is the tricky part, to try and make sure they work well together.

Steve J

Base coat colours and wash applied to the elephants.

Steve J

Elephants finished. Now onto a lot of flocking of bases and scaling and printing flags.

Flags all done, so a blast of flocking this afternoon, then the core force is ready for the show tomorrow.

After two weeks off, three batches started, one batch continues and one batch gets moved round the painting table..

If it was five years ago and I could remember/had just done my 15mm NKE I'd send you one!

As it is... no :D
