I try to do something each day (not always possible), e.g. today I boxed up some figures in new storage boxes and finished off 24 bases of troops. Tomorrow I'll do something to the 6 bases waiting to be finished off and prime some more figures. Tuesday is out as I shall be playing a game away.

I try to do the same, DP. About two hours most mornings when the light and my eyesight are best. Currently working on Monmouth's 1685 army.

I find doing something each day helps maintain progress and enthusiasm  ;) :)

I've been working from home for the last couple of weeks, since the earthquake, and this gives me back my commuting time, about 2 hours each day :)

The only down side is I have to make another time to read the forum ;D

A small (?) plus......Any idea when 'things will be back to normal'. Paul ?...Cant believe that happened a fortnight ago !

Cheers - Phil

paulr

Looks like we will be back in our building on Wednesday

Normal is probably a few months away, there are at least 3 buildings being demolished and probably over 30 that require repairs in the Wellington area. That is over 150km from the epicentre.

Kaikoura, the largeish town near the epicentre, has only one road partly open with the army trucking in supplies and one escorted convoy of civilian vehicles allowed out. Fuel is rationed, water is back on but needs to be boiled... Normal is a lot further away for them.

One of the 'smaller' slips (landslides), note circled digger for scale, about 60km north of Kaikoura
