I'm contemplating my next major project :)

10mm wise I am looking at some Ottomans for Baroque but I will possibly get distracted by the Warband Dragonmen and Eldritch Vampires, possibly even the Lizardmen....

15mm wise I am looking at French Revolutionary Wars and Peninsula French and British, plus I also need some cavalry options for my Polish, Saxons and Russians to give me lots of options for SP2.

So may projects, so few funds and so little time :D

Hullo,
Which figures are you going to use for the French Rev in 15mm. (Pre-empting the inevitable pun, no, I don't mean a French priest...)? I was quite happy with the Russian Suvorov range Timecast had a few years back (Battle Honours sculpted by A. Barton I think).

Ottomans for Baroque would be cool. With Baroque ordered they will tempt me as well :D

That's where I'm most tempted but having worked out what I need including bases etc £165 is pushing my meagre funds to the absolute limit.

Oh, and I forgot to add still musing over figures for the forthcoming Opsrey Rule Set The Men Who Would be King, but its likely to be 28mm just so I can use the Danny, Peachey and Billy Fish mini's from Northstar ;)

I suppose it depends a bit on what you want from a project? Modelling, Playability, Fun, Function, Painting, Quick Results, etc etc

Ottomans will be cool - lots of troop types lots of colour options, lots of detail bits. You certainly don't 'need' £165 in one go, if you need to spread stuff for cash flow purposes. Getting half in one go will be plenty to be getting on with painting.

Lizardmen would be very different, still colourful, but likely much quicker to paint with the whole lizard a single colour, more terrain options on bases etc with jungle.

Dragonmen - Leon has done a very good job of keeping these under wraps, so I think we are all interested to see what these will be like and if we will be tempted.

And stay away from the evil 15mm.  :d

They're extremely nice, I'm really looking forward to getting them released.  We've got a few of the moulds done, but Dave's off this week so the rest will have to wait until he's back.  We'll be releasing the Dark Elves at roughly the same time.

He's a quick pic of the Dragon riders themselves, which I posted on Facebook a while ago:

How about you paint my figures?  That way you don't have to buy any, and your house isn't cluttered at the end?  :D
I have neither the time nor the crayons to explain why you are wrong.
