Fun regiments for Louis XIV

So, which regiments to choose for the army of the Sun King. At the moment I am assuming the army marches on it's stomach, so the following regiments seem appropriate:

Beaujolais
Bourbon
Bourgogne
Brie
Champagne

Any other ideas?

Excellent ideas all. I am going to paint my regiments historically, but many of the ideas presented are appropriate for our imagination campaign, where I am playing his glorious highness, Kurfurst Maximilian Hector Speck-sur-le-Moutard, duc d'Pon-et-Dupondt, protector of Nouvelle Cusin-en-Indes.
