i think it would be really cool to have someone with the same interest as you especially the hobby. i dont see a problem, its to be assumed that you guys get along. youll always have someone to game with.

I think it's great. My misses loves Skyrim so got her into FFG boardgames and working on RPG's next. Took her to PAW 2016 and she really likes the idea of playing Warband (typical Dwarf fangirl).

I think you are lucky (possibly  :) )
In 48 years of marriage my wife has played wargames - twice! I think this is due to happen again sometime in 2035.
Encumbered by Idjits, we pressed on

fred.

My wife hasn't shown any direct interest in playing wargames and isn't that interested in board games - but the children are much more ameanable to gaming. Unfortunately the oldest (who is the keenest) is so busy with home work and sport that she is rarely available.

My wife is very accepting of my gaming seeing it as a good method of relaxation for me. Though the volume of stuff I think might be starting to become an issue.

I think I am lucky  :) If I can't get to the local club or my mates are busy etc then I have a competent if competitive companion.
