I'll sort something out.

High Elf and Taurians are MV 2, so there's precedent. Fielding a full cavalry army, with a foot general is going to cause all manner of issues.

I do have a plan though...

Horse Archers.
Horsemen.
Plains Mammoths.
cavalry Chieftain.
cavalry Shaman (modelled riding in a plains mammoth's howdah!).
