A couple of weeks ago my dad and i played out the refight of the battle of El Teb using Blackpowder and the scenario from the rule book of the said battle. It was a cracking game, so if you fancy checking out the AAR of the game I have posted one on my blog on the following link with plenty of photos of the game.

Looks great

Love the look of the bigger bases
If I were creating Pendraken I wouldn't mess about with Romans and  Mongols  I would have started with Centurions , eight o'clock, Day One!

Liked the battle report - particularly all the units (both sides) that get caught in flank. Personally I think that when the last unit (allowable) is shaken - that's the ballgame! So in my mind the Mahdists won! Given all the other impediments to getting units to do what you want them to do this seems fair to me. I like clean-cut victories  :)
