That time of year to look back at what worked, what didn't etc as well as looking forward to 2016. I've found it very interesting to keep a tally of games, purchases etc over the past year and to then be able to reflect on all that happened. It's certainly something that I will do again next year. Interesting read. I came nowhere near to doing anything close to that lot. For a start 2 games in twelve months, I ask you!

Interesting read, you have got a lot done

I find splitting projects into small batches helps with progress, I also alternate sides with each batch so I have enough for a small game fairly quickly

Agreed but my main problem is maintaining focus as I have so many ideas that I want to try out, paint, game etc.
