Wow!!  :o

I'm really impressed now, I thought they were good before when I thought you had just added the flames, now I am very impressed.

I think you should have a little chat with nice Mr Leon about doing some conversions for him to cast up!

Hahaha, thanks for the compliment!  I promise if you could see these a little closer or in person they are not near the level of something like that.  But they were a lot of fun (and a bit of frustration) to make.  I'm learning more and more how to work with green stuff properly, but I still lack the patience for anything truly great. :)

Also, I've been working on my General.  Here's the progress thus far.  I'm hoping up the general's greatsword will turn out nicely once painted.  I already put several coats of paint on it to try to help smooth it out a little.  Also I'm hoping the general's laurels also turn out well, that little sucker was a pain.

I'm going to try to add some ornament to the top of the standard, I'm trying to figure out something simple to make that I can actually form that small.

It is interesting how much the camera reveals :-[ ;)

I was young when I posed for those photographs, and I needed the money. Oh, you're talking a bout something else....

Or a duck?

I usually cheat and snip a suitable helmet crest off a figure I don't intend to use.

The helmet crest is a great idea, sadly I don't have any crests that would work well in 10mm at the moment.  I will have to dig through my warhammer bits deeper and see if any fit the size.

But I am looking for some help.  I'm working on my heroes at the moment, I'd really like to make a Warrior priest hero.  Any ideas on a good model to use for such a character?

For a Sigmarite priest you could do worse than the guy with the two-handed hammer in ER17 - third from the left here

Thanks jchaos!  I'm starting to notice that a lot of the same people are on both specialist games and this forum.

Here's my completed General.  The General is from the Knight and his entourage are from the French Flodden Fields command.

The white armor was an experiment, but I really like the results.  I may have to do a whole unit of knights like this in the future.

Alright, I cheated.  I found these cannons for a reasonable price and I got them.  I was actually able to get a few blisters for about 8 bucks a pack!  I couldn't pass it up.  But don't worry, next I will be doing some Scots short pikes as Empire Spearman.

Have you thought about using a small plastic bead? I bought a child's necklace which gave me loads of em. Used them on my 15mm Sassanids.

That is a really good idea!  I will have to look into that the next time I go to a hobby store.

Here is the next up.  My Flodden Scots short pikemen appearing as Imperial Spearman.

I added some feathers, some tuffs on the spears, and of course, puffy sleeves.

An idea is slowly condensing in my mind. I need to get my hands on a suitably scaled model to let my modelling fingers feel the width.

My slowly condensing idea has evaporated due to snazzling a GW Steam Tank fom Ebay for a reasonable 12 quid.

These look pretty good.
