They look like numids / are old carthaginian code?

Those all look correct to me.  The foot command are included in the foot packs, so ARP1-3 all have command included.  The numidian horse would be the old carthage range, code ACA6 I think.  The mounted general in the last photo looks like the current Roman general, code AR6.
