Orcs

I am just rushing round doing a few jobs for Mrs Orcs before I take my two youngest on holiday.

I need to reassemble a mirror for the spare room as her sister is comming to stay while I am away.  I have repainted and varnished the frame, went to get the staple gun to fix the hardboard backing to the frame to hold the mirror in ........ NO BL**DY staple gun.

Called Mrs Orcs and her work colleague borrowed it about two months ago to recover a single chair. She has not returned it !!

So i have a some  of questions

If you borrow something you obviously want to do something with it , so why do they not do it a return what they have borrowed.
if they do not have time to do it Why borrow it then?
if the realise they ae not going to use it in a reasonabel time scale, why do they not return it saying "I have not had a chence to use it yet, could I perhaps borrow it again when I have?"
