This may be familiar to moderns enthusiasts, but it was new and entertaining to me, so on the off-chance....

Well, it seems to me that being a Tiger crewman is a very jolly activity - and adds more sex appeal than Lynx Africa.

Great find.

Is there a translation?

I didn't look. I understand some German, so if I need to service a tank....

Lord Kermit of Birkenhead

Probably no translation. It was issued to tank crew as a maintenance guide they would read. If you ever find a paper one making bird impressions grab it. There is a similar one for the Panther.

As far as I can work it out it would appear the main tool you need to maintain your tiger is a naked girl?
Old enough to know better

You don't need a naked girl, but one would be jolly useful.

I don't speak german but it was very interesting, hopefull someone will translate it.  I think page 71 has been doctored a bit, the officer's armband seems to be have had the swastika covered up.
