I'm sure many (most?) of us have our own dentistry experiences to talk about.
I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be.

Well it was a while ago. I found this contemporary record of it ...

The dentist had a Closed Circuit Etcher in place to protect him from spurious litigation.

DECADES ago.....

Wasn't there a Tomorrow's World, where some chap sprayed some sort of oil on his Black and Decker.....and then switched it on in an aquarium without electrocuting himself ?
Didn't catch on though !
(Health and Safety would have an absolute field day with that !...Jeepers !   X_X)

I'm sure I've read.....Archaeologists reckon flint drills were used as far back as Neolithic (?) times to drill teeth........NOooooooooo !!!

We have evidence of Neolithic trepanation, having teeth drilled with flint tools sounds a lot lets dramatic than having chunks of skull removed!

Still done today, great practise according to it's adherents. I remember watching a program with a guy he was part of the crowd bringing it back in the sixties. Took him a few attempts with his hand drill but he got there in the end!
