Well I've had a look out back and we're right out of...

No that's the wrong sketch.

I think I'll go for Peter Pig, he's usually my 'one stop shop' for 15mm. I always thought he did nude figures but the last time I looked I couldn't find them...they were hidden right at the bottom of the page.

Once again thanks for the help.

I have to say, this thread opened my eyes somewhat! :o

Never knew such stuff existed!

What I personally found most worrying about this thread - I understood all the 'In the night garden' references!   :-[

I guess it goes with being a grandad 3 times over.   :)

It's quite a trippy program...

A mate of mine has a very dark interpretation though. It's actually Igglepiggles fever dream, as he's off slowly dehydrating to death in his little boat after a ship wreck!

I think Igglepoggle is actually just drifting off into sleep on the gentle dreaming waves of his imagination, myself, but then I'm just a dodgy new romantic at heart :D

They said you'd bought the last 20 packets.  :P

I'm looking to put clothes onto them, but am finding the dollies too hard to get on with.

I've looked at railway n gauge, but they seem absurdly ill proportioned.

How about a Kylie Minogue in 15mm?

I always try to have an 'Amazon' army in whatever scale I'm using at the moment.

In 10mm there's really only Pendraken to 'play' with (I'd be glad to hear of any other company making 10mm Amazons) which is why I keep lobbying for better Amazons.

However, the comment about 'Celtic Fanatics' reminded me of something. The Pendraken 'Celtic Fanatics' are pretty androgynous and will do, at a pinch, for Amazons. The sword and shield a placed in a 'strategic' position. They have long hair and any facial hair is unnoticeable, and they have 'breasts' like those on a normal woman and not like the Mae-Wests on the actual Amazon figures.

Generally speaking my Amazon armies do pretty well on the wargames table. I remember the first one I built back in the 80's (a Nordic Amazon army) used to sweep all before it! In those days you had to use figures from 'D&D' ranges or figures from Lemming who also sold weapons and shields so you could arm the 90 or so naked female figures you'd just bought. I also managed to get some amazons armed with javelins and wicker shields off a company that appeared to go out of business shortly after they started...pity coz they were pretty good figures for back in the late 70's.

If anyone's interested I've just finished posting an all female version of 'Seven Samurai' on another site.

Can I introduce a few of you sad cases to one or two internet dating sites I frequented in my younger days?

I think they're probably happier with tiny tin women, FK ;)

It's likely safer for all concerned ;)

No need,  I am perfectly capable of getting myself into enough trouble with women without them !  ;D
