Proper British jelly or else the incorrectly used American term for jam? :-\

I think there are some "Commander Series" bots from the other forum here ;-)

We used to eat the raw cubes as sweets in the '70s. You could only manage one, but times were tough.

Powdered Jelly; how bloody disappointing was that when you tried to raid the cupboards as a kid >:(

Oh, yeah. now you are talking, but I could manage two, three if I could sneak in under my mums radar. Funny, we were talking about that just the other day.

Now I like peanut butter and I like jam, so I thought I'd try that American staple, a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

Absotively disgusterous! Should carry a government health warning. BLEUCH!!!

Yeah, tried that once.  The two products just don't work together, the sandwich doesn't stick and it's way, WAY too sweet :-&

I love me a good PBJ personally.

Does need to be "jelly" rather than "jam" though - no bits.

Each to their own.

That's not jelly; it's still jam.  Jam without bits.

Ithoriel, I'm amazed you're using Americanisms :o ;) :)

PBJs are American, got to use the appropriate lingo :)

Also "the sandwich doesn't stick" ....  :o  It's a slice of bread coated with peanut butter, a substance so sticky it positively glues itself to the roof of your mouth, and another coated with jam, universally known as a sticky substance, and you can't get them to stick together? What the heck are you doing? Coating the surfaces with WD40!!??  ;)
