Just roughly painted on for now, in shades of green, blue or red as 'appropriate' (?):




The detail is starting to show up nicely. I think those Trolls are going to paint up a treat.

Sadly I won't get any painting done this weekend - too many chores and Mothering Sunday duties to perform !

As the paint is applied it gradually reveals and highlights the skill of the sculptor. These are great little figures.

And more than 6 months later (!) the goblin army is almost finished. Just some finishing touches and the varnish then I am ready to go. I never said I was a fast painter  :(

If those bad people at Pendraken hadn't forced me to go to Colours and buy a High Elf army I might have finished the goblins at the weekend !
