The Solo Wargaming Guide a query

Has anybody else bought the The Solo Wargaming Guide from the Wargames Vault

my query is at the bottom of the description it clearly states "This download includes a 5.5x8.5"-formatted rulebook."

are the rules in the guide itself ? I've had a quick read through and cannot find any rules as such.

To me its a guide and not a rulebook and it does not print at 5.5 x 8.5 but at A4 size.

Checked with Wargames Vault and they say its describing the The Solo Wargaming Guide itself. If that's the case then the statement is misleading because its claiming the download includes a rule book when it does not.

Yes, bought it but never noticed the rulebook thing and indeed one of the first things it says is this is not a rulebook.
