Sods Law that is.

Once saw a GW Eldar 40K Avatar thingy, that its owner had spent countless hours painting and it was his pride and joy, get destroyed in record time.
Out of the box...Onto the table...Bad dice rolls...Back in the box.   
That was its first game, too

It is karma, as a friend placed a brand new 20mm Hetzer on the table and also stated that he thought it was the best paint job on a model he had ever doe, so naturally the game turned into kill the Hetzer  for some reason he called us names

Wargames rule #4:
Any new model/unit/army on table will suffer an automatic-1 to all dice rolls, with a further -1 if it is the best painted unit on the table, and shall automatically fail any/all morale/break tests.
