I have been busy since I last wrote on here, first up some 15mm commission work.

Soviet Artillery Command.

These are Battlefront minis

Bunny

Next up Soviet 100mm anti tank guns, now you know these are going to be bad news for any Panzers out there!  Again Battlefront

Bunny

Last bit of commission finished, an objective marker or just scenery.  A knocked out Soviet T26.  The model is a Zveda kit from Russian

Ok finally a little bit of 10mm Pendraken...League of Augsburg Danish Regiment Fynske, these are in their green coats although they did later change to grey.  The green coats make for a much more colourful battlefield!  Also attached is a medium field gun, I did these as I read that the gunners wore purple coats and light green stockings....nice!

And someone did ask early about the size of my infantry units.  This regiment has 55 figures, 50 flintlocks and 5 command.  The Danes had dispensed with their pike by this time.

The foot are based on 30mmx20mm elements as I would like to use these with FOG R although Warlords' Pike and Shotte will also be tested!

A second view....next up on the 10mm side of the painting table will be the Danish Foot Guards.

In the mean time I am just about to finish and base 192 Punic Wars Roman Hastati...busy times!

Buy plenty of Matron's sculpts now!

If he keeps using the chainsaw, the value of his work will soon go up.

Martian front?  Explain please  :)

Alien Dungeon's All Quiet on the Martian Front.

A really great range of alternative history.  A group of us at PAW are doing it a project and I am painting the British Expeditionary Force, when I get a chance! lol

Thanks, just looked it up. ;)

Don't think there's a day goes by without me learning about a new genre/style/period/manufacturer etc on here.

In their pretty primrose coats.  :D Didn't stop them being Prince Eugene's stalwarts at Benheim though.
When you realise we're all mad, life makes a lot more sense.

A WIP shot of the 192 Hastati, painted, Army Painter Dark Tone applied and based....now for my least favorite part the basing itself!!!

I have another 192 Principes to do and then 64 Triarii and 48 cavalry....that will be 4 'Legions'.  I blame John Roach of www.olicanalad.blogspot.com for fueling my meglamania!

More pics to follow............................................................

Rimmer: "Aliens."

Lister: "Oh God, aliens... Your explanation for anything slightly peculiar is aliens, isn't it?

Rimmer: "Well, we didn't use it all, Lister. Who did?"

Lister: "Rimmer, aliens used our bog roll?"
