Can anyone recomend a figure for a Carabinier 1914?

Nearest I can think of is the Austrian jager in greatcoat 1866. However the plume will need to be removed.

Thanks for that, does this figure have a top hat style hat?

Yes, Tyrolean style brimmed hat turned up at one side with a plume of green feathers. The greatcoat is worn in the French style with the fronts turned back. Short gaiters are also worn. It is exactly like a Belgian carabinier apart from that plume of feathers.
