You do know he was supposed to give that back when Germany surrendered? He never got a tune out of it anyway.

No, they were produced well after 1918!
Buy plenty of Matron's sculpts now!

If he keeps using the chainsaw, the value of his work will soon go up.

Ah....Yes......But in my ignorance, I imagined it was only going to weigh half of that, so it just seemed rather OTT.
Mind you, all the extra lead (?) that had been hammered down the barrel didn't help. ;)
Cheers - Phil.

Lead in the barrel? I thought you'd had a scan for that and the antibiotics had cleared it!

Great stuff and looks like fun.

First time I've seen a Kislev force, interesting.

Being mean I thought it an opportunity of gaining extra HOTT armies by morphing elements over from existing historical ones.
It's one of the  'Unofficial Warhammer Armies' of which there are several including:
Albion
Estalia (kinda Renaissance Spanish)
Araby
Cathay
Kislev (Russo/Polish)
Nippon
Norse

All the info was on the 'net for free but that was some time ago (too lazy to look).

They're in the extra armies book, think someone linked it up thread...

My now rebased Spring Court Fae were the Albion list :)

Ah, Albion, the only one I actually put together (in 1/72).  Used the Airfix Ancient British chariot as Cuchulainn.

Kislev and Araby were official Warmaster armies - official army lists and models and everything.

Yes, I've always liked the Albion list. Planned to do it with Pendraken Gauls, but have not (yet) quite got a round to it.

Cheers, Martyn

For the Albion army, I hope that the Fomori/ Balori / not-Fim... nor sir, not ever, not nohow/ whatever-they-get-called will eventually appear so I can have my original intention for the army and not the Ogres that GW insisted on instead.

toxicpixie

Was the Albion list actually official, Ithoriel? I thought it was in the "fan made but we haven't said no" bit of the extra living rule book lists, but not the "this is official" bit (even if models were made!)... My "ogres" were warped warriors covered in Earth power woad tattoes a la Slaine. Pendraken Minotaurs & trolls make excellent figures to slay sixty to the left, sixty to the right etc etc :)

It was "tournament legal" but never official because there were no GW minis specifically for it.

It made it into the army book with Araby, etc. in.

It tended to win big or die horribly, with relatively little in between. A fun army but an unpredictable one! Besides, what other Warmaster army allowed you to summon what was basically Swamp Thing :)

Yeah, I have the "extra/revised" army list book, and it's good stuff. Was tempted to use some Ottomans for Araby but we switched before I got anywhere with that!

Quite fancied trying the wood elves and seeing if it replicated their massively annoying skirmish dance from old 2nd ed/ravening hordes era Warhammer but never did... Now I have an Elf Khanate army to fight against in Impetus instead. They've failed to run away fast enough to avoid being mauled by Dwarven Bear-Knights so far whilst my Balt-Orc allies chewed up and spat out their subject foot :)

I still nearly got eaten by Baba Yaha's but and a dragon, even so. Still, that's what the mercenary crusading knights are there to hold up :D
