There was only one option available. No possibility to choose a cheaper but slower delivery.

Yep I bought 4 blister of tb line, on eof each.

Now I am searching the content of the original references (a picture) to cross check what will came. I mean to check if there is not pose missing, Can anyone help me with that?

Ithoriel

That's disappointing.

Probably only want a couple of packs myself, assuming the infantry get released.

Is it just me or is the website incredibly difficult to navigate? I find their Search is even worse than on this forum ... and that's saying something :)
There are 100 types of people in the world, those who understand binary and those who can work from incomplete data

Yep, forum difficult to navigate. I tried and gave up. As for the shipping cost... :(

Yoicks!!! If they're charging that much Italy to Spain I don't want to think about Italy to Australia!!!

I found a link to pictures of Teutonic knights here http://lacenbighats.blogspot.com.au/2012/08/10mm-warmaster-teutonic-knights.html?m=1. Will look around for more when I get back to my computer.

Edit: pics of knights here http://grandscalewargaming.blogspot.com.au/2011/05/another-unit-of-feudal-europe-knights.html?m=1

Hello jchaos79

Only other picture I could find was of some Eastern European cavalry here http://fogsoldiers.blogspot.com.au/2011/05/here-are-some-10mm-eastern-europe-tb.html?m=0. They are mounted on non-barded horses though.

Cheers

Hello Fred

Thanks for your pictures. Just looking at the picture of Eastern European knights that you have and the figures shown at the Aster site I think they have the Medieval Islam figures there but I don't recognise the mailed horse from anywhere.

The Eastern European knights have their shield brought to the front as opposed to waving to the side.

Incidentally they've added the command group for the Teutonic knights since I last looked:-

Always happy to look at eye candy :). Have found another pic of the medieval Islam heavy cav and it looks pretty definite that the eastern European cav Aster has listed are actually the Islamic cav:-

Waiting to see how people get on with postage, etc.

Could use some of their Ghazi swordsmen too. Can't have too many troops in an Ayyubid army.

The mailed horse is the second one in from both ends of the front rank. With the head on shot it's quite hard to see as the mail is open at the front.

I wrote to them this morning saying I wanted some of their 10mm ex-TB (sounds like consumptive zombies, n'est ce pas?, and they wrote back rapidly to ask for what I wanted. I have some hopes of finally getting my greedy little hands on some of those figures.

I managed to get a few packs of TB minis, but only after a lengthy series of issues (we sent them - no, we didn't but we will. Yes, soon... Yes, really...) Beautifully detailed, but loads of separate bits. The Carthaginian Effalumps are... Mammoth. Absolutely huge. And very wrinkly. The Roman Veletes (or whatever they're called, the skirmishers with the wolf pelts) were especially well sculpted & cast.

Hello

Contacted Aster. They ignored the incorrect figures but did let me know that it was 25 euros postage for 2 blisters to Australia!!!!! Yoicks!!!!

Looks like I won't be enjoying TB Line anytime soon :(.
