Have not painted any spaceships in about 6 years, which is also about as long as these have been sitting on the shelf!

They'd not look out of place as part of a diesel engine either.

Very tasty, I do like ships that are reminiscent of assault rifles ;) It's very 'Sulacco' from "Aliens", a favourite of mine! Now you need some Pendraken sci if marines to go with them as a landing party ;)

Err... no!  :D So, June 1st 2014, I posted the capital ships for the O.R.C. fleet. 7 years later I did the fighters! Bit more than 120 days!
On Wednesday I have my first game of 'A Billion Suns', so I hunted (two hours) out my Studio Bergstrom fighters to go with the fleet, attached them to Brigade Model's funky fighter stands, and painted them up.

Trying to remember the colours I used was, interesting!

Interceptor (to be used as Recon) at the front, two fighter groups, followed by a bomber group.

I think they work well.

BIG engines!

With a frigate and destroyer from the original fleet!

There's not much about this fleet that doesn't mean buisness!

Lovely stuff - I really like the look of ABS, and it's going to give me a chance to get my Victorian sky-ironclads out :D

Let us all know how it plays :)

Again those look great. You've matched them against the originals very well (other than the bases. New ones are gloss, originals are matt?)

Duke Speedy of Leighton

I painted the originals when the days had more that 27 hours in them!
