Here's my new project, after completing the Undead army ( visible here : http://www.pendrakenforum.co.uk/index.php/topic,9286.0.html), another evil army is on the way, this time, ratmen.

I really like the Pendraken ratmens. So here's the beginning of the painting diary. The army will be used in Rally Round the Kind from Two Hour Wargames (solitaire play).

I first based all the minis on wood sticks, for easier handling during painting :

THen, since I needed some giant ratmen, I took some Pendraken minotaurs, and converted them in giant humanoid ratmens.

For this, I first removed most of the minotaurs heads details. THen, I sculpted some new ones with greenstuff putty. Here's a regular minotaur for easier comparison :

Some samples of the new heads I sculpted :

I also added some tails on the minis. Because of the scale, I made them sticking the bodies :

Here's the all 6 minis I converted (one of them will be my army general, by the way) :

I plan to undercoat them before the week end, and then, start painting probably...during the week end  :D

Thanks for all the comments !

Sadly I didn't makae any progress for now. I don't have any primer paint left. I have to wait for my "order" (in fact, my brother living in the city) to bring them back to me. I live in the country, and locally I cannot find good alternatives. I hope to have them today.
