Any news on when we might expect the emperor's daughters and howitzers to complete the French 1809 essentials?

We can start to call them centurions if it will help ;D

Go on, you know you want to. . .

I would say that completing the 1809 French Artillery is top of the list as soon as the 1815 British and some Prussians get done.

There really were a lot of votes for Aztecs when the topic was raised.

Yeah, but the voters were probably conquistadors! :D

The conquistadores were scared silly by the Aztecs. Veterans of the Italian wars said that a Mexican charge was more frightening than the French artillery. They certainly wouldn't vote to ask for them!

I have to say that I've only ever seen two (no...I lie...three ) folk actually actively pushing for Aztecs.
Have I missed any others ?

I believe the Nahuatl for big gun is something along the line of "hueyac tlequiquiztli" ... or possibly that means "your father smells of elderberries" :)

Soooo...(just to be silly  =) ...they were all long, sadly, very dead), but, what about a Spanish unit  of mercenary Jaguarmen with muskets and clubs for 1809? Now that WOULD scare Wellington, never mind the French!   :D

The only thing that ever scared Wellington, if you recall, was his own men....
