Hi,

Just wondering, are there any plans to add to the AWI flag range, specifically French and German?
Even a few Spanish flags would be nice for those intending to paint French as Spanish regts/militias.

Vaubanner cover the French nicely, they are listed as 15mm, but if you ask nicely he reduces them to 10 mm happily.

Thanks for the heads up Lemmy!

goatmajor, your technique looks great, I'll definitely try it, might even use fabric and see how that holds up.
On another note, basing your figs on 20p's?  :o that's madness sir, if you ever hit hard times you'll have a lot of rebasing to do!

Alternatively, if you have a computer try using a drawing package like Serif's Drawplus to print flags. The great advantage here is you can wack the magnification up to 20 times for the fiddly bits and build up complex designs from standard shapes.
When you realise we're all mad, life makes a lot more sense.

Minefield, would you be kind enough to divulge how?

I'm pretty good on WPaint so any tips would be very welcome.

The trouble I have with most of the sites selling flags is you can't see what you are getting, which I can sort of understand.
