At least this time I'll know it IS diesel.....Unlike the time I managed to confuse 'old' petrol with diesel.

The worst that happened was that I stunk of smoke and diesel by the time I'd finished.
Good job 'jobbed', though !

We usually keep piling a bonfire higher and higher and then wait for a dry night in the Autumn.
I think we'll have lots of smaller bonfires in the future, now that I know the diesel will help get some of the 'greener' bits to catch.

I know exactly what you mean Hussar - I've been interested in Montrose's campaigns since the early 1980's and having finally found a set of rules that I really like (as well as others in our regular gaming group) we have finally committed to a fairly big spend up of 10mm goodness.

I have a limited gaming budget so spending about 200 quid in total to get everything I will ever need figure wise feels like an extravagance to me too. But as I point out to Mrs Shy its a heck of a lot less than a mid life crisis spend that a friend of mine did recently when he bought a Suzuki 650 road bike with all the options. OK he had (most of    ) the budget to do it but he still spent $20k all up.

I hold that thought when I think about my ECW "spend up"
