... bed of fresh rocket
... roasted red pepper
... grilled haloumi cheese

Sorry, you've lost me there, I don't we have these things up north...?!    Undecided

Will some week-old lettuce, a Kraft cheese slice and a bit of red sauce do the trick?   Cheesy

Sorry Lemmey, I don't do ketchup. Shocked

Now add three slices of home cured best back bacon, laid on a bed of fresh rocket and roasted red pepper.

Ah, rocket - zero taste, zero calories, inflated price. The rich man's lettuce.  Tongue

The perfect bacon sandwich:

Start with a warm fresh white roll.

Now add three slices of home cured best back bacon, laid on a bed of fresh rocket and roasted red pepper.

Now add a couple of slices of grilled haloumi cheese on top of the bacon and lastly a good helping of home made tomato salsa.

I get these from a lovely little place about 3 miles from where I live. Cheesy

What I love about this forum is our ability to stay focused on the the subject of the thread - Shocked
