Well seeing as the sun has finally arrived, and as it was pretty quiet around here, I wondered how everyone spent this nice sunny weekend?

I've been out in the garden... working.  There'll be a nice new addition to the Pendraken offering next week with the June releases, but you'll have to wait for that.  I also managed to watch the first half of the Championship playoff, the whole of the Champion's League final, plus a BBQ round at Pendraken HQ.

I'm now about to get myself ready for some... ahem... Wrestling... cough...   :-X

Nice weekend? Yep- reckon so...

Friday: home from work by 7pm - sat in garden, reading [Death or Victory], with kids playing...I had a nice few glasses of white - with firebowl going, some candles etc on the decking

Saturday: at a [work] Youth Consultation event from 9am - 2pm: then home to cut lawn; kids arrived back from riding etc at about 3pm: girls out again, Isaac [aged 3] & I on-rampage in garden until 6pm....light BBQ, wait for kids / wife / friends to land...then cooking / drinking / laughing until late...watched CL highlights & read some more...

Sunday: girls out by 0830; Isaac & I mucking about in garden...textured bases of SYW armies in the sun & later sealed them & then undercoated...much more mucking about in sunshine etc...once kids etc in bed, did a load of painting for Pendraken [go to a show & you'll see it!], then catching up with emails etc etc...and a couple glasses of red to wind down the weekend...just about to do a couple bits of work ready for tomorrow....

Nice weekend? Totally  8)

School fete Friday evening which was fun with all the family. Then camped in the back garden with our son which he really enjoyed.

Early start at 5.00am as said son woken up by birdsong; absolutely lovely at that time of day though. paddling pool made an appearance coupled wiht water fights etc which was great for keeping cool.

Sunday pretty much the same as Saturday except a lot of gardening ehich I love.

Sweet FA done on the gaming front other than finish Beevors SCW book. Now back at work in a hot and stuffy workshop.
