Perhaps a few generic lycra-wearing caped types, a fiery guy/gal, a stretchy long dude, a muscle-bound large chappy, a fella with claws and of course a round shield-wielding patriotic dude (for a WWII game!?)

There are enough companies making 'generic' super heroes where the 'inspiration' is blatant that I really can't see it being a problem in 10mm!

Besides, most figs would be little more than posed dollies with minimal detail and masks.

And yes, gets my vote.
