Barbed Wire

I am trying to find out what the correct name is for the wire that a lot of retailers sell as barbed wire.  It looks like a single strand of wire with another strand wrapped round it.  I have been told its "locking wire" but nearly all the locking wire I have found on the internet is just a single strand that you then twist.

I am looking to make a large amount of it, so do not want to be buying it in 10 metre lenghts at 50p a meter, and would like to scource it by the roll

i found some that the army painter produces, its called BATTLEFIELDS- RAZORE WIRE, it makes over 2.5 meters of realistic wire,  but you can ALSO make your own have a look at this link
