WotR & Samurai Character packs?

Has anyone suggested or considered doing a set of mounted or dismounted character packs for the above listed two ranges?

The samurai one could offer different helmet variations based on some of the more colorful historical ones.

The WotR one could be more aimed at just adding variety for leader figures in the armies.

For samurai, I would prefer a mounted pack. For WotR, I would prefer a dismounted generals pack (first).

I very much like the Japanese leader pack idea, but I'd prefer duplicate mounted and dismounted.
