I have found a few browsing the lists, but any chance of a few civilian vehicles (open top trucks, cars, cyclists and motorcyclists) that could be used for either the SCW or other 1930s scenarios?

Will do. Any manfacturers recommended?

Maybe try the Gaugemaster online store as a starting point. Brands that come to mind are Faller, Heki (sp?), Noch, Graham Farish..

GaZ AAA is a Ford civilian vehicle, most Early War British vehicles wouls also pass muster, built for civilian use with a military subsidy up to '39. Almost all WWI soft skins would do as well.

Hi

A few others to look at:-

http://www.pdmarshmodels.com/product_list.php?gauge=%27N%27&cat2=%2770%27
(some look small compared to Pendraken vehicles (eg Morris Commercial van), some are ok )

Haven't seen these in the flesh.

US N scale manufacturer, has Ford, Chevrolet and Mack items, listed as 1/160 but look ok.

If I were creating Pendraken I wouldn't mess about with Romans and  Mongols  I would have started with Centurions , eight o'clock, Day One!

This any use?

May be they're out of stock ( or am I stupid ) ? Because I can't "Add to cart" this choice ? ( the button is ok for the Morris, or the Citroen Bus..)

Thank you.

Hurrah

Do the Fiats. Also built in France as Simca and Poland, and used by those armies as well. Like the ford model A has a small pick up and panel van versions used as lighter utility vehicles by several smaller armies (Italy, France, Poland, Hungarians etc).

Also nicely very generic.
