Well it's been a bit quieter at Pendraken HQ this month as we work through the orders, and start building up stock for the start of the shows again next month, but we've still managed to knock together another 17 releases for everybody.  In this month's batch we focus on the AWI, and the 19th Century.

For the AWI, we've got the British Guards, some more Continentals, and the arrival of the command for the French.  Moving forward 100 years, we've got all the skirmishers which were previewed last month, along with the generic working party figures.  Along with a couple of odds and ends, and some more basing materials, that should be enough to keep everyone busy for a while!

Nice to see a Churchill III, much prefer the look of it to the IV.  :)
All you need to do now (in order of importance) are V, VI, I & II although I'd be happy with just the V as the IV can be used as 75mm armed IV* or VI and the III can be the 6pdr armed. I & II did not see that much service so can live without them (but they saw more service than the VIII!)

I've fired up my FPW rules project again.  It's time to work up the shopping list.

Technical point on the pointing American and French sergeants. They might look a bit awkward as they were sculpted pointing ahead rather than too the side. To fit in the mold the arms have been twisted to the side; this is my fault, I should not have sculpted them with two axes rather than the one axis necessary for molding.

They will look more natural if the arm is bent to point forward again. You can see the same thing with the pointing sergeant in AWB12 ;
http://www.pendraken.co.uk/AWB12-p3373/

and this painted version with the arm bent to the forward position

Its not a huge issue, but it can be fixed with a tiny effort. In the future I think I'll forego this pose.

Blaker

That pose is very cool, but if it is a mould issue then I guess you stop doing them  :(

Sorry Andy, forgot to reply to this.  I'll get them cast up and send them down to you next week.
