The Vickers 6-Ton, or Mark E as it was also known.  This was used by a large number of countries throughout the 1930's, from China to Finland, but strangely Britain only used a few of them for training.  The basic design was also used for the T-26.  We've got both turret versions:

- Type A with two turrets, each mounting a Vickers machine gun.
- Type B with a single two-man turret mounting a single machine gun and a short-barreled 47 mm cannon .

Type A:

I've not got a pic for the Type B, as the hole for the turret needs drilling out first.

Well, Thank You Very Much!!!!

Now that I've just splurged on a Potez 540 bomber as a surrogate transport to drop paratroops, for which I haven't even decided which figures I'll use yet and now you've dropped in these mounted MGs and these tanks, well Thank You Very Much  Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry

And thank you very much  Wink

Incidentally are any mounted troops with adrian helmet available ie WW2 French/Polish non-lancer type cavalry?

Cheers

Nice Cool. Perfect for AVBCW as well as my planned Operation Sealion British reserve forces.

That is also the basis for the 7TP Polish thing. Just another turret in 10mm I would think. Likewise the T26 is just a turret swap.

The following site has lots of good info on the Vickers tank plus licensed variants. I'm definately going to have a command tank in the 'Japanese style' camo scheme Smiley Cool.

Just a quick note on this one, as it's been done from scratch by a new designer, it's a bit bigger than our current T-26, so it probably wouldn't be a good idea to have them on the table next to each other.

In better news though, the Vickers Mk II and Mk III are also underway.

Great news on the MKII and MKIII tanks Cool. They will definately come in very useful for my inter-war projects. As for the slight size difference on the 6 ton, it won't be a problem for me.

Ummm...any chance of changing the codes in my current order for this new model  type B ? If the order is posted OR the master not yet churning moulds - don't worry.

Will you redoing the T-26 to fit in with these?

Which code would you want swopping, the only piece of armour I've got on your order is an FT17?  I'm not sure when the production mould will be done, we've not had chance to get onto the July releases yet.

Nope, the T-26 model was only done about 12 months ago.
