  Maciek,

I am not certain how to place an image on this form, so if someone could advise. I have a picture of a fresco from a church in Wilten,Austria showing the Bavarian Army retreating from the Tyrol in 1703. Not a tricorn in sight. The fresco is contemporary to the event. Do you really think that "floppy hats" were worn in the NYW ending in 1697 and four years later everyone was wearing a tricorn? Highly doubtful. The introduction of the tricorn was gradual beginning with the officers, "a la mode", and then the other ranks. We have 19th Century artists and illustrators to once again thank for a myth that continues to perpetuate itself. Whether or not you chose to have all your forces in tricorn is your decision.

Anhalt, I see it could be interesting discussion.

Not sure, it'll depend on when Clib can fit the repairs in.

Righty then, due to me being a bit of a dipstick, I've labelled the wrong code as 'Unavailable'.  We do actually have the marching matchlocks, it's the marching flintlocks which have been returned to Clib for repairs.  I've amended the website, and I'll contact everyone who's ordered them.

Doh!  :-[

Oooh palm trees. Any photo's? My dinosaurs need palm trees. Ecologically they don't but aesthetically they do :) 5 packs should just about cover it methinks.

Very nice, my AA regiment needs a couple.  I like the artillery officer with field glasses as well, is he a new figure?  The seated gunner has some potential too.

For example, while I would prefer Adrian helmets, here's a Romanian AA unit that could be assembled from your German or British guns (Romanians also used the Boffors 40mm) and your Soviet AA crew

Yep, new figure there.  For Adrian helmets, a head swop could be a possibility.
