I'm working on a set of fantasy wargame rules, "This One's Split", based on the Too Fat Lardies design philosophy and their La Feu Sacre rules in particular.

It's a card-based activation system, with a focus on differentiating between the various races in the command and control system rather than (just) the combat characteristics.
