Ah - not arguing about the speculation: my point is about geography...there are place names wrong & towns located in the wrong part of Somerset...that's poor if you ask me and certainly is wrong...after all, you don't even have to buy a map anymore  :)

Fair enough old chap.

Could be an error i suppose.   :(

I could also be the name-change thing that happens.  Many of the historical figures for example have their names changed by the players so as to not cause potential offence.  After all many of these famous people will have direct living descendents.  Don't want to uspet people by claiming their grandfather would have been a fascist.  Possibly the same thing happened with place names?  Not sure.

However, i'd say to have a downer on AVBCW because of a placename being wrong is denying yourself a lot of inspiring 'jolly good chap' style fun.   :P

Once i've finished off my current 10mm project (pics to follow as promised Leon) i think i'll delve into 10mm AVBCW to support my 28mm stuff... :D

It's not *just* placenames - it's the overall quality I'm afraid; poor spelling & grammar throughout, poor quality pics as I've stated...I'm not denying myself the "jolly good chap" style fun etc - just regretted forking out £24 on a couple of poor quality books when I didn't need to!

Well to put the book bashing aside for a moment  :-X.

Any news on the next batch of VBCW figures in the pipeline snafu? ;)

Snafu dropped off a whole load of bits for us at Triples, including these BUF rifles, and a great LDV officer complete with medals!

The forces of the right thank you.

Some personality types would be great. Symilar to the SCW ones. Fairly generic but can go as mad as you like with the BCW ;) :D

Excellent - I, like others, can't see myself holding out against these for much longer... :)

Just give in to temptation Nik, experience has taught me that it is the only way to deal with this ;). But seriously, nice figures.
