Anyone remember this thing?

Anyone got one?

I have a need to know the dimensions. Walls are 10" long - anyone know the width & height? Also for the towers?

Thanks.

Yes....If I can find it.

Pretty certain I know where it is.
I'll have a look later on , Martyn.

Cheers - Phil. :)

Just a thought, but the old Airfix 'Robin Hood' Castle was just a little bit smaller. Although a crappy design in itself...  a couple, 'kit-bashed'.. with improvements to taste... could do a decent job. Seen LONG ago, as a project. Still sometimes on ebay... but, prices?
The 'Warhammer Fortress' just looks TOO neat to be a Castle! imho. :)

Hi, Martyn.... :)

Having found the wretched thing...and taken all the dust from the outside of the box.....(It's been sitting in a shed for the last 15 years or more.)

The width of the walls, at the base = 7.5 cm*

The height of the walls, to the top of the crenelations, = 11.8 cm*

The height of the towers, to the top of the crenelations, = 17.5 cm.*

As far as I can make out..the length of the wall sections = 24.5 cm, rather than the 25.4 (10inches) that you've got.*

*Having said all that... the shed that it's been sitting in, since we've been here, DOES get pretty hot, in the summer...so the polystyrene may have 'morphed/shrunk' in size.

Hope that's of some use.

Cheers - Phil. :)

Phil, that's brilliant, very helpful.

Thanks you very much.

Techno II

You're more than welcome, Martyn.

(It's going back in that particular shed 'toot sweet')  ;D ;D ;D

Cheers - Phil.

(What I hadn't noticed.....any plastic sprues of things like the doors have gone completely AWOL.)
